We are now recruiting for our Rock and Pop call centre in central Nottingham

We have a number of part-time permanent vacancies, working approximately 25 hours per week

The hours are fixed working 5 out of the following 6 shifts (Saturday shifts are compulsory so there will be one shift off in the week)

Monday - 9am to 2pm
Tuesday - 9am to 2pm
Wednesday - 9am to 2pm
Thursday - 9am to 2pm
Friday - 9am to 2pm
Saturday - 9am to 2pm

Call centre, or direct customer service experience is preferred.

We are now recruiting for a Client Manager (Theatre) in our Central London office

We are looking for a senior level client marketing manager capable of defining and leading our client services team in the UK theatre sector. The role will be the first point of contact for some of our key Theatre clients and will work with them to maximise sales across their shows.

The Client Manager role will manage the sales and marketing needs of both commercial and subsidised sector clients and will have responsibility for growing See Tickets Theatre and Arts portfolio.

We are now recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager (Theatre) in our Central London office

We are looking for a mid level digital marketing manager keen to grow a comparatively new part of the business. This role will own and manage digital sales strategies within See Tickets, initially across the West End and UK theatre sector. They will use insight, behavioural tracking and data analytics to identify new areas of development and improve existing digital sales strands. They will assist with the management of our external digital agencies and liaise with internal resource to ensure results driven change occurs.
