Rated 5 out of 5 by from Waited 20 years! Fantastic venue, fantastic 2 set gig! One of the best bands I've ever seen. Only problem was it felt like the venue was too full...I've been to sold out shows there before but it felt like a few hundred more people were in there! Still my favourite venue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nostalgic, Inspiring, Innovative and Marvellous Upon early arrival to the Albert Hall, a venue which we had not been previously, we were greeted and informed of all of the available facilities and their locations. (Toilets, Bars, Seating and cloakroom). A welcomed reception to start a fantastic evening. Taking a liking to the venue and utilising one of the many bars available, we then took note of sign which stated that Suede would start their performance at 9.30. As it was 7.30, we then inquired who the support act(s) would be, to find out there was none listed. With the expectation of a two hour wait and consumption of more than planned drinks, it was to a very pleasant surprise that the band started to tune up and then played through their new album. This was accompanied by a short film which felt so relevant to the playing songs it could have been the accompanying music video. Giving this visualisation to a previously unheard lists of track was a great method in grabbing your attention and inspiring you to feel the substance of the new album. Being able to see the band through the screen on which the film was played gave a small flavour of what was to come in the second half of the set. After the impressive first half was over, time enough for everyone to be served at the bar and the band to take five, we were then blown away with an amazing track list citing all of the favourite and famous tracks from all previous albums. A great performance from each member of the band and an ageless front man was greatly received from a captive audience. This was follow by a generous and well planned encore. A fantastic evening with a great band, quality venue and a good crowd where I finally got to see a childhood idol.
